This was the perfect rifle for me. I am left handed and very frugal so I look very hard and long for rifles that fill my needs. This is a Ruger American series and I looked everywhere to find but wasn't having much success until I went to Buds. They had it, I wanted it, and I now have it. Did over internet and was easy-peasy. Bud's came through again. If you're thinking about a firearm purchase and can meet federal firearm criteria give them a look see.

Had this gun shooting 3/4" groups in 10 shots. Took 4 shots to zero, then grouped 3 shots twice. It's a little heavier than you'd think for a synthetic stocked rifle, but no complaints here. Great gun.

Mounted scope and zero at 50 yards very quickly. Took to 100 yards. RE-zeroed at 100 yards. Tightest groups I've ever had.
