• Q: I know somebody else asked this and two people responded “no” but this particular model “ IWI-XFD18RS” is coming up on all sites as NJ compliant. Additionally, seems like Buds ships this to NJ FFL. Posting question again for confirmation. (Ed, your answer is the best but it won't let me mark as correct on mobile or desktop. Posting again for everyone's situational awareness so you can answer again and I can mark as correct)

  Hi Alex, this is NJ compliant as is (much to the dismay of Dictator Murphy) This model features a 18.5″ barrel with a compensator (not a flash hider) that is welded on and a 10-round magazine capacity. Bud's can ship to NJ as is. Bud's should have this in the description that it is NJ compliant. I am a NJ resident and well versed in NJ gun laws.

• Q: Wondering is this rifle would be NJ compliant without any additional compliance work? My concern is the Muzzle device and if it would need to be pinned?

  You would need to have the Muzzle brake pinned for it to be compliant and buds won't ship any gun to NJ thats not compliant as is, you'd need to find one locally that already had the Brake pinned/welded.
