Being a "pistol" it must be on the roster of handguns certified for sale which it isn't, magazine capacity is also too large, magazine outside the pistol grip, and shroud enclosing the barrel are also not allowed. [The C39v2 AK pistol shares the same features as the full-size rifle models such as a milled 4140 ordnance grade steel receiver, receiver side rail (compatible with the Century Arms AK Micro Dot Side Mount) and a 4150 nitride-treated barrel].

yes on the side mount but the barrel is 4150 not 4140

This is my first AK platform, ordering and shipping were easy and the pistol arrived at my ffl in two days and in fine shape upon inspection. This pistol is a blast to shoot - I love it ! The pistol field strips easily and cleaning is also easy. The one thought I'd mention is that ,for me the pistol would be more accurate to shoot with a brace or folder. I'm sure thats preference though. The pistol hits where you point it! Again, this is a lot of fun !

this sucka right here is amazing.....received it on time even with the holiday and a week later took it to the range (to show off) and this bad girl can fly...its accurate right out the box..more accurate than my ar15...ill def buy another one from here any day
