  I also own the 590A1 and yes, it will cycle the minis with the installation of the Opsol mini adapter which I purchased here at Buds.

• Q: So these work just like a regular size shell? Do they cycle through pumps and semi autos alike? So I can load these up in my 5+1 12 gauge pump! So can my shotgun hold significantly more of these than regular 2/34 to 3 inch?

  Hi William, these will not cycle in semi-auto shotguns. They will not cycle in most pump actions, except the Mossberg 590S series, which is made to cycle these shells.   Other than that, it is mostly for single shot or double barrel shotguns.
