  This one has a threaded barrel and is unfortunately not new York compliant/legal. The other one you posted is though. Hope this helps.

• Q: what is the main difference between this and the Walther Arms 5120333 P22 CA Pistol .22 LR 3.42" 10+1? Do they both have the same trigger squeeze?

  Both models have the same trigger pull. Just this one doesn't have a threaded barrel and other one does. My wife owns this pistol and I actually became pretty attached to it. Fun pistol to shoot, darn accurate for a 22, decent single action trigger but the double action could use some improvement, very reliable with higher velocity ammo, and all around good pistol.   Gary, this UPC code does include a 3.42 Threaded Barrel. Buds often uses incorrect stock photo's. Buds Customer Service may be able to answer the Serial Number question at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

  Oliver, This is the Q model without the new manual safety. Walther Arms announced it updated the P22 pistol with a new safety and captured recoil spring. Called the P22QD, the new gun is very similar to the old design, though it may have a bit more appeal to some shooters.
