  Hi Tim, yes sir, the Supreme Court smacked down the ATF's pistol brace ruling, making them legal once again in 2024. This gun comes with the brace.

• Q: Good day. I am really interested in purchasing this firearm, but a buddy of mine told me that because the barrel is less than 16", you must register it with the Federal government and pay a $200 tax because of the Any Other Firearm law that applies to any weapon with a barrel under 16". This one has a 10.25" barrel. Can you please tell me if this is correct information? Thank you.

  Steven, no, since this has a pistol brace there's no reason for a $200 tax stamp. Your buddy most likely mistook the pistol brace for a shoulder stock, sometimes they look pretty similar. If this had a stock on it then they would be correct and this would be a short barreled rifle and require a tax stamp. Since this has the pistol brace its considered a standard pistol. Pistols with a barrel under 16 inches and a shoulder stock= short barreled rifle and require a tax stamp. Pistols with a barrel less than 16 inches and a pistol brace= pistol.   Any Gen3 and newer Glock mags will work, as sad little James pointed out. I'm glad he gave correct information in this question about 33% of the time he just guessed, and hopes no one will call him on it.
  Of those guessed he puts out there many of them aren't even correct.
