  ✔ All rimfire caliber rifles with a magazine capacity of 10 rounds or fewer (e.g.: .22LR, .17HMR, etc.) are permitted.
  Rimfire caliber rifles are not considered “assault weapons” and can have features that centerfire rifles cannot.

• Q: Is the end of the barrel straight or twisted on the end suitable to add a silencer?

  Fabuis, this does not have a threaded barrel. So you would have to get a gunsmith to thread the barrel to add a suppressor/silencer. Sorry but hope this helps.

  Logan, this is NJ compliant and there is no wait, you can purchase as many long guns as you want in a day, week, or month. Handguns are limited to 1 every 30 days. Also, if you pick both guns up at the same time, you can use the same NICS check and only pay the background check fee 1 time.
