Born of the Traditions of the Old West, the Rough Rider maintains much of the look and feel of the Legendary Single Action Army Revolver, only in a scaled down version. The cylinder lock up is tight and the perfect timing of the action makes for a handgun that will put its shots where you want 'em. The machined barrel is micro-threaded, and inserted into the frame for the optimal barrel/cylinder gap to give you maximum ammunition performance.

I love my Heritage Rough Rider 6.5" 9 shot .22LR pistol!!! The look and feel is great in my hand and the wood grips are just beautiful!!! I am very glad that I got this model instead of just being content with the 6 shot version I already had.

Not too bad for the price point. The funky safety had to go & the finish is a bit glitzy for me, but it shoots fine & worth the $.

Keeping this brief: Nice product, nicely put together and shoots well and reasonably accurately. Finish and action also good with crisp trigger. Wish I had gone for the 6 shooter instead of the 9 due to slightly more inconvenience loading/unloading the ammo on the nine shot. Very pleased with my purchase and would strongly recommend this firearm.

Looks nice, but doesn't operate too well. About 30% failure to fire rate. Non-adjustable sights are way off. Sent back to the MFR, which cost me $41 for shipping. They repaired and sent back, but have not fired since. I may have gotten a lemon, not sure.

This is my second Rough Rider. This one is just fair at best. It shoots left and the cylinder stop does not line up with ejection rod. Probably my last.

Sweet little gun. I have 3 other Heritage revolvers in various configurations and really like them all. This 9 shot gives me a few more shots without reloading. Like all of the Heritage Rough Riders it's accurate and works very well. Great fun for not much dollars. It doesn't have the finish of some more expensive guns but for the money it's a beautiful little shooter. Buds got it shipped right after I ordered it and I'm happy with this purchase.

This is the first single-action revolver I have owned so I can't compare it with anything. Today I fired one round from each chamber. When loading, I noticed one chamber was a tighter fit than the others. Being a nine-shot revolver, some of the holes don't exactly line up with the extractor rod and I have to turn the cylinder a little more from its resting position to push the rod through. I was shooting old Coleman propane cans with Remington Golden Bullets. I usually hit what I was aiming at, that's all I can report on the accuracy. Everything works fine and I'm happy with it. It was received in good condition, and in a timely manner. Thank you.
