This revolver is a beast. Never had a revolver that hurt so good. I’ve shot it with 300 grain Hornady. Never shot anything with a kick like this. This is not a carry to range and shoot multiple rounds revolver. 15 inches of fun! Thanks Buds!!!

This is NOT a revolver for the beginner! It IS a serious hunting revolver that will do it's job if you do yours. Out of the box it was a winner. With the rail for mounting of optics to the sweet single action trigger it has become my new favorite hunting handgun. If you goal is to put round after round of full house loads downrange then be prepared for a sore hand or wrist. Shoot 45 Colt to tear up targets and save your dinosaur loads for the woods. It is a heavy handgun but without the weight your hand would pay a price in a long shooting session. The long and short of any handgun used for hunting is to practice BEFORE you take to the woods! Give this gun a look if you are looking for a giant killer that won't destroy your bank account.

The fast shipping was great with no issues. Received the handgun and found it to have great craftsmanship, very stout and will last a lifetime and then some! Taurus made this handgun with the shooter in mind, although it is a beast of a caliber it is a blast to shoot, recoil was much less than I was expecting. If I had the chance to purchase this gun again I would in a heartbeat!
