Long time Colt fan. I have a couple Colt Cowboy action pistols. I was glad when Colt reintroduced the snake series. The weight and design are everything I am come to expect from Colt. I like the bobbed hammer. Great revolver at a great price.

Excellent pistol! I set out to purchase the Ruger SP101 but nobody had it in stock locally or online. I found this in stock at Buds and couldn't be anymore happier with my purchase. The new Colt King Cobra Carry has a very smooth trigger, comparable to the older Colt's. It's heavier than the Ruger but holds 6 rounds vs the Ruger's 5 rounds.

Finish is smooth and uniform. Action feels very smooth and continuous. Grip is small, but this is my pocket CCW, can still shoot accurately. The cylinder release was stiff, but is starting to free up. Lead cast residue cleans off easier than on an S&W blue finish. Sight picture is surprisingly quick to acquire. I'm no firearms perfectionist, I adapt to each one specifically instead of complaining about triggers and buttons.

Colt comes back DAO .357 magnum. I have waited 22 years for this moment. The wait was not in vein. The King Cobra Carry is an excellent out the box carry. The trigger is very much like the old Colts ,even with it being DAO. Now my wife wants one . I will be carrying it as my every day carry. In my mind if you want to carry a revolver, look no further. Thank you Colt and Buds for bring me this revolver.
