I purchased this gun for My Wife, She loved it! I took My Aunt, who was personal protection gun shopping, to the range trying out what gun was best for Her. She liked this gun so much, She bought one too!

Bought this gun as a glove box gun so fit and finish wasn’t a high priority to me, a low priced revolver is low price for a reason but the cylinder lock up on this gun is loose to the point I won’t shoot it. The lateral fit has no slop even though there’s quite a gap between the cylinder and cone but the rotational slop is crazy bad and the release button is really loose and not engaging properly to swing the crane out. I own a lot of revolvers and I’ve never had to pick up the phone before to get their opinion on what I should do with this 856 but I had to call Taurus. That being said it didn’t get me anywhere, I sat on hold for 23 minutes and just had to hang up. There’s $300 out the window...live and learn I suppose
