Joe, yes sir, as others have mentioned you can have this shipped and pick it up at buds in Sevierville as long as you live in Tennessee. Your state of residence must be the same as the state you transfer the pistol in. When checking out just use buds FFL locator and type in your zip code. Then pick buds as your FFL. Hope this helps.

The description reads black, in the questions below it’s described as parkerized, the most historically authentic finish of the original military issue.. ie a greenish gray

William, now this one is. It is a Dark Gray Military type finish. So this is the one you are looking for. If you Google the upc 742309782453 you can find more information. Hope this helps.

According to sds imports the frame and slide are all-steel construction. It incorporates a hammer-forged barrel, a beautiful historically correct Parkerized finish, and checkered plastic grips. Hope this helps.

The Tisas sidearm I bought was a first from this maker, and also on a recommendation from a friend. The price was fair, and the value seems much higher than the cost. Great pistol, just be aware it IS NOT "blued or black". It is more of a dark grey/olive green. There are other models from Tisas/SDS that are true blue/black.

I Ike thing that this is one of the best reproduction 45s. I’ve on Colts. I’ve never won it’s fine I haven’t shot it yet. I haven’t shot it yet but I bought one and I love the way the shop very accurate that is why I decided to get another one. I would recommend anyone that’s looking for a fine fire arm, I would recommend Buds Gun Shop 100%

This is one of the most solidly-built 1911s I've ever owned, and it was at an unbelievable price. Best price / value I've seen in a long while. Not only was the quality of the 1911 superb, but I appreciated the fact that it came in a durable carrying case along with a spare mag.

Great quality and function, especially when price is considered. The Cerakote (?) finish is excellently applied and so far is very durable. Th only change that I will make will be to change the grips to wood grips, but that's just a personal preference, there's no problem with the originals. Tisas makes good stuff!
