So I picked this up a couple weeks ago, my first impression was Hell Yeah! The color was not as orange as I have seen the pictures. The pistol has excellent lines, fit and finish is better than expected, the balance and weight is extremely comfortable. All around this 1911 style weapon looks and feels great. I have taken this gun out for several shooting sessions, although it has not been flawless, I have had a several light primer strikes with every other magazine, but you can tell this things going to be a solid pistol. I shot at 4, 5, 7 and 10 yards, the gun is accurate and a blast to shoot. I have zero complaints, and can't wait to get back out to the range. I would say the trigger is around 5 lbs. with a little take-up followed by a crisp break, all and all RIA should take a bow and so should Buds for their service. I can say I have a few 22WMR pistols, this is by far the most comfotable, well built, solid feeling pistol. Happy Shooting!
