  ✔ All rimfire caliber rifles with a magazine capacity of 10 rounds or fewer (e.g.: .22LR, .17HMR, etc.)
  are permitted, excluding rifles with tubular magazines in lever-action firearms, which do not have magazine restrictions.   Bryan - you asked the same question three times - no matter how many times you ask ... if you live in the States passing 'controls' limiting the firearm to ten rounds that is it. Should you purchase an piece with an greater round amount - you will be illegal in the States listed. It is not worth the trouble. Or you can 'move' out of State.

  Hi Btyan and welcome. ATI makes excellent quality 22LR Carbines and Pistols. You should break them in with high velocity ammunition for the 1st hundred or so rounds. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
