A modernized, ergonomic, laminate stock
coupled with the sleek look of the button rifled carbon steel barrel,
allow for optimal accuracy from a shooter. The higher comb, top tang
safety, and target-style, vertical pistol group allow shooters to hold
the rifle in a more natural position, putting less pressure on the
wrist. All B Series rifles feature a 10-round rotary magazine and the
accuracy-boosting user-adjustable AccuTrigger™. All three rifles also
use thread-in zero tolerance head spacing similar to Savage centerfire
rifles to produce the most consistent accuracy.

Stock is nice and bolt is smooth. Trigger is fine. Somewhat disappointed in the accuracy. Maybe I'm expecting to much but comparing it to YouTube videos of other brands. Tried many brands of ammo including several more expensive one. Best accuracy achieved was consistantly with CCI Standard Target and SK Plus. I had some old PMC Zapper that did well also but it is no longer made. Best groups I could get were about 1 1/2" -2" at 100 yds. I'm somewhat into long range precision shooting and used to 1/2" MOA in my center fire rifles. Even my Savage B17 can shoot 1 MOA at 100 yds all day long.

Presently, there are no complaints with this rifle. I recommend buying this excellent product from this source.

There are more expensive .22s out there, but dollar for dollar, this rifle offers all the features, quality, and accuracy I was hoping for. 1/2 to 3/4 inch groups at 50 yards. Have shot steel plates out to 200 with success as well. (Vortex 4-16)
The stock is very solid and comfortable, which contributes to this rifle's shootability. After a short break-in period, the magazine is smooth to load and feeds flawlessly. I polished the bolt camming slot right out of the box and it's smooth as glass. Exceptional trigger, but you expect that from Savage.
