  Glock is always a great reliable choice, but you may want to give the glock 19 a look, well rounded for edc as well as home defense and its basically the same size firearm with a larger round and more capacity

  The Glock 44 wasnt released all that long ago so will take time for accessories like guide rod lasers to start becoming available. Hopefully they will have one in the near future.
