This is a gun that allowed me to practice and enter a competition with it as it came in the box. I often call it my "Poor man's John Wick Pistol". But this is one of the only guns you will hear me say "your not going to pay less and get more in the box". I run into people paying way more for similar guns with different brand names. And while I did not win the day it helped me be at the middle of the pack. It's a feature rich gun that comes packed with a lot of goodies in the box. It is well made and functions well. It fits it's original purpose as a beginner competition rig that can indeed grow with you as a shooter. But given that it can cross pretty well into a standard issue side arm if you want a well outfitted militia or a SHTF pistol. Able to handle my Buffalo bore p as well as any cheap range ammo I have fed it. It isn't the perfect pistol. But if you buy it you could do a lot worse in a variety of situations than the TP9SFX.

My first purchase from Buds. Very satisfied with their service, pistol was received by my FFL faster than anticipated. A few weeks later I took it out to the range and put 500 rounds through it, not one issue with it. It is accurate out of the box and the recoil is far less than I thought it would be.

Unbelievable! That’s the only word that comes to mind. Just took out to the range today and fired off a little over 100 rounds with zero issues. Excellent trigger, phenomenal grip, barely any recoil, 20 round mag, and the looks are top notch. Very happy with this investment, especially at this price point. Not to mention, Buds coming through once again with a 5 star experience from order to shipping and everything in between. Highly recommended!

The TP9SFX is loaded with options that cost a lot of money on other platforms. It is a really great value IMO. It's also very lightweight and easy to carry. I can't conceal it but the included holster works well for open carry. On the range I had a couple FTEs in the first 33 rounds but have not had any since (250 rounds total). Because it's so light it is prone to muzzle flip compared to heavier barreled guns. It actually has more perceived recoil than my Springfield XD Mod.2 Sub Compact 3" 9mm. The trigger is good for a striker fired production gun. There is a lot of take up followed by some grit then there's a wall and a finally a crisp break. The reset is short and audible. I give the trigger 3 out of 4 stars. All in all it's a great gun for the money.
