I've had this gun out to the range a couple times now and it has fired flawlessly every time.

Got this Tisas to scratch my itch for a CMP 1911. Mine is a 9mm though with a very mild recoil. I've a 1,000 trouble free rounds through it and am very pleased with it.

Wanted a full-size Army 1911 in 9mm. Buds has it at a great price. Nice shooter. I was very impressed how accurate this gun shoots. Shoots better then some of my more expensive guns. You won't go wrong buying this gun for sure. Thanks Buds!

5 stars Not as pretty as stainless steel model[in my opinion] but it has that classic G1 look, I shot clay targets at 25 yards with my first few shots out of the box it shoots VERY WELL, it comes with 2 magazines and some cleaning tools. Really nice box. There's 0 recoil and 9mm is cheap enough to shoot to your hearts content , I have a 45acp version too and the recoil is about the same on each, I recommend

Wow, this is a really nice gun. It's a 9mm with the real feel of 1911. It has the military-style 100% plus it has the standard weight. I loaded 5 rounds in Mag, who out of 5 rounds I put 3 in the bullseye. I would say get them both the 45 Cal the 9mm.You will never be displeased. Great Shooter a 5-star gun. Its not too over priced, where can you buy a military-style 1911 for around 400.00 dollars.

I submitted a review for this purchase already but it's not showing up. Either it was deleted to falsely show the rating or a glitch happened, we will see. I ordered another 1911 and switched my layaway to this one. Somehow in the confusion I got the 9mm version instead of the 45 acp, which makes no sense for a replica of a gun that was only made in 45. The ejection port is Larger that the original and there is bevels on the mag well, both of which take away from the gun being a good replica. Also the finish is advertised as being Parkerized. It's not. It's Cerekote. Had I known the gun would be in the wrong caliber, have the wrong magwell, the wrong ejection port and the wrong finish I wouldn't have ordered it. And to make things worse I got scammed with a $47 fee from Buds for switching guns on a layaway. This will be my last order from here due to their poor customer service. And the gun is horrible. The safety is cheap and disengages when you pull the trigger too. All around its a very poor copy. Ain't fooling anyone. It's basically a cheap 1911 with junk sights with a couple cool roll marks, which also are not correct for the gun. Oh and the grips are the wrong color.

This is my first 1911 so I don't have much experience in these firearms. But coming from someone who's shot Polymer, and revolvers this gun was refreshing to shoot. It was definitely heavier then what I've been used to. But it's thanks to the weight of the gun, managing the recoil was a fun. Even with the sight, aiming wasn't hard at all. I've shot guns with worse sight. This gun is a solid gun for the price. Definitely recommending this for everyone.
