Being one of the most popular "entry level" AR15s on the market (and for good reason) it's nice to have a less common "limited edition" spec that (in my opinion) looks so much nicer than the standard Sport II. The Betsy Ross flag detail is beautiful and IMO far better looking than the standard M&P logo detail on the mag well. As far as everything else, the rest is identical to the standard edition and deserving of all the praise it has received over the years. 5/5!

First time buying from Buds. Placed order early April on a Monday and rifles arrived at my FFL by Thursday during covid-19 lockdown. If this is how Buds runs business during a pandemic, I can only imagine how they run in regular times. Definitely giving them more business in the future. Rifles are great, can’t wait to test them on the range real soon.

I have M&P 9mm and 40 Shields, an M&P full size 40 and a 9mm compact. I carried an M&P 40 on duty. It was a natural move into an M&P 223. I love the rifle. Smith and Wesson make superior weapons as far as I am concerned. The price for the 223 was one selling point. I live in Texas and I saved over $175 buying from Buds. THANKS BUDS! Service was awesome. My FFL here in Texas commented on how well packed the rifle was for shipping. I also had him check out the rifle before I went and picked it up. He couldn't believe the price.

Rifle is everything I expected and doesn’t seem to have any issues whatsoever but if it does I will update this at a later date.
The shipping time from Buds was phenomenal as well as the communication I received even amidst COVID craziness.
