This has pushed up to # 2 (1a) in my EDC rotation. It does everything well w/ superb accuracy. Simply cannot beat the price point, compact & 13 to 15 rounds is more than plenty! So much fun to shoot! Just pick it up, you'll like it.

At this time I am very disappointed in the Mossberg Company. They made me a promise on the phone to send me out a new 13 round magazine immediately as long as i sent the defective magazine back. I have been going to the mailbox every day like a fool, only to find out that they will NOT send me a replacement magazine. The 15 round magazine works great. Now they tell me that tests show that there is nothing wrong with the magazine and they keep bugging me to send the gun back. Why would i send a gun back that works perfect with the 15 round magazine? The 13 round magazine will not allow the slide stop lever to lock into the notch when TRYING to rack the slide (slide keeps "sliding" back into normal position). When the magazine release button i s pressed, the 15 round mag pops right out, whereas the 13 round mag does NOT move at all, and due to the flush magazine base, I have to "dig" out the mag while the release button is pushed. This could be detrimental to me in a precarious "carry" situation. I am obviously extremely disappointed with the Mossberg Company at this time for making such a big issue out of something as simple as giving me a replacement magazine. In good conscience, I cannot recommend the Mossberg Firearm Company to any of my gun-owning friends. Very sad business practice.
