Couldn't be happier. Wanted a 7.61 / .308. Carried a M14 in the service and know the round well' But, to get a 1 in 10 barrel from Springfield you'll pay twice as much. Hard to beat the knockdown power of the .308. Yes, it says it's a match barrel. But it's a 16". Don't expect <1". It's not a match gun. But, it'll get the job done. Defense or downing a deer....It's enough rifle.

Awesome rifle! Sighted it in and was consistently hitting tight groups at the range. Only complaint is the super long trigger pull. Other than that, it's pretty fantastic.
