Weight/Size/Action/ All perfect for me , My everyday carry gun , I keep poly rounds at top of mag , The new easy load mags are great. When I see this gun on sale again I will get on more for my daughter, At the range EZ Slide/Eazy load mags EZ Sale . Everyone likes this gun ,

I have not yet had the opportunity to use my 9EZ but I am sure I will fall in love with it. I have shot my wife's 380EZ with great success and I fully expect this model to perform as well.

Shoots great. Only thing to be aware of is the learning curve in gripping so that the grip safety is fully pressed. I bought for my wife, and she had to learn that. Otherwise you won’t be able to fire. It takes habitual use to master it. Otherwise great little pistol.

I had the gun for 4 months, had fired somewhere around 500 to 600 rounds, with no malfunctions or issues. The gun was everything I hoped for and more - accurate, comfortable, and very easy to use. Then, at the 4 month mark, the metal housing inside the slide holding the firing pin and extractor cracked and the gun was inoperable. S&W immediately sent prepaid return instructions, and I had the gun in route back to S&W that same day. Now for the bad news…..they took over 6 weeks to investigate the crack, but then told me they would send me a new gun. 17 weeks after I shipped the gun back, I finally got my gun. The replacement is just like the original, except so far, the slide release won’t release with your thumb …have to pull the slide back manually to close the slide, but maybe this will improve over time. If not, I’ll send it back, and wait….and wait…and wait. However, during that 17 weeks period waiting on S&W, I bought 2 other guns of different brands. Both are working fine. To shorten the story, I like the gun in spite of the failure on the first one, but 17 weeks without my gun? I don’t think S&W understands “some part” about customer service. And by the way, Bud’s was awesome like always!
