Good ammo, just note that they are not +P, and are fairly soft shooting. Thought they look the same, they are not quite the "Chicago Load" or "FBI Load", those were loaded hotter (usually). Used in a K-frame with 4" barrel they are probably fine for home defense though I have not Chrono'd or Gel-tested them. IMHO prolly too weak out of any barrel shorter than 3-4". You should buy these while you can at this price and shipping ... no one else selling anything similar at the time I am posting this review.

This ammunition was purchased for my fifty three year old Smith and Wesson model 10. It does very well, and does not lead the barrel. It’s accurate and cleans up well. No complaints at all

This ammo is definitely more punchy than your standard .38 special target ammo. I didn't chrono it but it definitely is moving fast enough that I'd trust this round to protect me if it came to it. I have a 3rd generation Detective Special that I don't want to run too much +P out of, so this stuff now lives in cylinder and comes with me on my day-to-day.
