Super excited to have my Performance Center 2.0. Ordered it on a Sunday and arrived by Thursday. Great gun and really fun to shoot.

This is a pistol I have wanted for a long time and it has a mounted red dot. Its great S&W pistol I would purchase again and Buds did not do too bad on my purchase of this pistol. And yes I would buy from Buds again they are always the go to when its hard to fine. Thanks!!!!!

So I just picked up my gun from my FFL dealer today and I was pleasantly surprised. Now I own a 9L ported 1.0 with fiber optic sights. I really liked that the gun had an extended beavertail. This one does not. I was kind of hoping it did, and when I ordered it I was not paying attention to that. The fit and feel is nearly identical, so I am not too worried about getting bitten by my gun when I shoot it. The stifling on the gun is what really impressed me. I took my other gun out to compare the fit and feel and it was like night and day. The 2.0 feels way better in my hand. If I sweat I don't have to worry about the gun slipping out of my hand. My 1.0 you could worry about that. This one does not hurt my hand either. I have felt some Glocks and it was like sandpaper. S&W hit it out of the park on the upgrades. The Crimson Trace optic that came with it would not have been my first choice, but for those who don't know, S&W owns Crimson Trace so why would they put a competitors optic on their gun. That would be like Ford putting a chevy engine in one of their trucks. I could have bought one with out an optic but I would have got hosed. I had to do that with my sig 365 xl in 2020 they had the gun in stock but not the one with the optic. I ended paying 200 dollars for a Romeo Zero where if I would have bought the gun with the optic it would have only cost 100 dollars for the optic, so I am guessing it is the same here. If I buy one on its own I would have had to pay twice as much. I can live with the CT optic because it is factory OEM just like the Romeo Series is OEM for the sig. Either way I am extremely happy with the purchase. I will be going to the range tomorrow to sight it in and run some rounds thru it since it will be my winter carry gun. In a few months I will go back to the sig for summer. Now that I have ordered 15 extended for the sig I will have more ammo to carry in the summer. The S&W 17 round magazine it a proven winner. 35 rounds with one in the tube and a back up. My sig will now be 31 rounds so I will be set year round. The main reason I bought this gun even though my 9L is a fantastic gun, is because the sig spoiled me. I want all my carry guns to have an optic now. I am 51 and wear glasses so trying to find the sights can be bitch some times. The optic solved that problem. I also use a tru-glo laser/light combo with a green laser. It is the same as a streamlight TR-1 but has a built in red or green laser. So you don't have to buy a new holster if you use a TR-1 light. They are like twice as much as the tru-glo but you also get a laser with the tru-glo. So I have the laser if I really get lazy and don't want to use the optic. I recomend getting a light/laser combo for the gun because it helps add weight to the front end which will help with recoil. I expect to shoot like a 22lr that is what my other one shoots like. All in all I very pleased with the purchase and buds has the super low price and free shipping so I saved money there. I own revolvers and no longer carry them because of well no optics cause they are old school. I still shoot them but only at the range. They are now safe queens. This one will be too for only for half the year and the sig the other half of the year.

I thought the $800 gun very good . But, I was very disappointed when I saw it. It was packed in a simple carton , the red dot was very poor, and there was no fast loader. It was really not as good as the model 390131 that arrived at the same time . The price was twice as expensive as it . I regret choosing this M&P gun!

Love this gun. Very accurate and didn’t need to do much right out of the box. I’m a huge Smith & Wesson fan and not disappointed with the performance of this pistol. I upgraded to the MP 2.0 performance package from a MP 2.0 9mm 4 inch and the performance package makes a big difference. I would make this purchase again.

I am really enjoying the optic on the weapon. This is my first 9mm and I am getting used to it. This is a good firearm I recommend it

Another great M&P pistol from the Performance Center. Shoots 1" groups at 15 yards with no recoil. I never did put the crimson trace red dot on it. It's too small for a 5" gun. It's the same one they put on the shield. I put a Leopold Delta Point Pro 2.5moa. Now my gun for USPSA. Would buy without dot either PC or CORE. Only reason a 4 star.
