Many articles on the RIA VR80 mention the 5 round mags that are shipped with the gun and go on to state that 9 round mags are available. These are advertised as 10 rounds and are just that, 10 fairly easy to load rounds. Cycles all 10 shells with no problem. Purchased four and love them. Bud's filled and shipped order almost immediately upon completion of order. Box mag fed shotguns are as much fun as AR rifles.

Awesome product at an amazing price! Item exactly as described. Perfect fit for my AR-12 gauge. Easy to load, easy to insert. No better sound than snapping a full 10 round mag into your gun and releasing the bolt! Bought two mags, fired 20 rounds through each, not a single jam or glitch. these magazines work great. Had no issues feeding or cycling, you definitely wanna make sure you pull it back down after you insert them into the gun though because there’s a bit of excess slop and if the mag is up too high it won’t wanna chamber, not really a big deal as my other 10 round mag as well as my 20 round drums all fit the same and with the weight of the shot shells it pretty much drops right into position where it should be when they are fully loaded.

This magazine was shipped fast and fits perfectly in my Rock Island Armory VRF 14. I have manually cycled shells, but have yet to take to the range. Looking forward to the improved magazine capacity. As always a great price from Bud's!

    Yes, but as mentioned below the magazine needs to be fixed to receiver.
    In California, the magazine capacity for shotguns is limited to 10 rounds:
    Fixed magazine: Shotguns must have a fixed magazine with a capacity of no more than 10 rounds.
    Semi-automatic shotguns: Semi-automatic shotguns with a detachable magazine are legal if the magazine can be removed without tools.
    Barrel length: Shotguns must have a barrel length of at least 18 inches.
    Overall length: The overall length of the shotgun must be at least 26 inches.

    accepting more than 8 shotgun shells when combined with a fixed magazine.
