I want this same pistol gray in 9mm but without the safety. I see they have it in black versions and also the .45 has it in gray. But im not seeing the 9mm compact in gray without the manual safety.

You can purchase this one and during checkout buds has an option to remove the magazine but buds won't replace the magazine. So you would have to purchase a state compliant magazine separately to use the firearm. I found an all black version of this that comes with 10 round magazines if you're interested it's item number 736676086337 just type the item number into buds search and it'll pop up. I love the color options for this pistol. I like the Gray. Ruger is a quality trusted brand and I have a few of their products. Ruger has a very positive reputation. Reason I purchased this firearm at Bud's Gun Shop for one thing they have the best prices, but the staff at the Sevierville Location are great, very friendly feel like you are talking to a friend.

What there is to love about this pistol? Everything but the interchangeable grips, they are very good but their locking mechanism is not Ruger like. They grip well to the shape of any hand but don't feel solid and well attached to the rest of the gun. A Sig like pin going across the handle would have solve that. The grips inner slides are made of cheap plastic so that speaks for the above. One of them already failed and I had to make my first EVER call to Ruger customer service and I am a Ruger fan of many years. I would by their next generation once this problem is corrected. Bud's delivery was great coming across the Father's day rush. Keep it up and God Bless.

Purchased this as a more concealable option for carry. Extremely comfy with the added grips. Shoots well, decent trigger, good groupings.
The 17 round mag makes it perfect for larger hands.
Racking the slide is difficult for my wife, but with time it should ease up some. All around good gun for the price

I absolutely love this weapon. It feels like it was made for my hand with the grip it had installed. Carries very well OWB. I have not shot it yet as it is my personal defense carry and have not had a reason to fire it yet. Plan on taking it target shooting after the next time off.
