The shotgun came with a bag of accessories. The instruction manual does not identify these items nor does it explain how to attach them. The fore grip will not slide onto the rail. When I called the customer support number it refers me back to the website. No one at the company will speak with you. When you use their website and fill out their forms to ask a question, they respond with a scripted email that doesn't answer the question. This is very poor customer support. I will not buy another gun from this company.

Just one word about this shotgun, AWESOME !!! Did a TON of research and landed on this one for $496 ! Have a bunch of Winchester 1325 fps 100 packs from Wal-Mart and that is what I have been shooting. 100% reliability with those loads. Came with 2 steel 5 round mags, another set of flip up sights and 4 choke tubes and wrench in a neat little case. By far the least recoil of any 12 gauge I have ever fired. Have not tried slugs yet but will. Complete confidence in this weapon. Plan on Romeo5 red dot for it. Simple to take apart and clean and all controls are extremely user friendly and easy to operate. Just do it and get one. Very happy with my purchase !!!!

Great product and great shopping and shipping experience from Bud's! I also purchased, from other vendors, two more 5rd magazines, a red dot reflex sight, a 4" barrel extension, and an extra-full choke (barrel extension and extra-full choke direct from Hatsan). I will be using it for bird hunting and home defense. I went to the range the other day and was very pleased with the shotguns performance. Very happy with my purchase!
