A:Stephen, no Sir. The barrel is too short for CA's taste. Minimum of 3 inches is it and this pistol has a 2 inch barrel. Cheers and stay safe!See 2 more answers | -

A:So the Ill melting point law states that it can't have a meeting point of less then 800⁰ this pistol is made of Steel with a case hardened finish, which i couldn't find the melting point for.See 1 more answer |
But the Ill specifically lists heritage arms as not compliant. So no unfortunately it is not legal in Illinois
"Prohibited: Any handgun having a barrel, slide, frame or receiver that has a die casting of zinc alloy or any other nonhomogenous metal, which will melt or deform at a temperature of 800 degrees F or less.
●Prohibited: Cobra, Phoenix Arms, Heritage Arms, Walther rimfire pistols, GSG rimfire pistols, Hi-Point pistols and Jimenez Arms." -
