  Hi Zachary and welcome. Unfortunately, no, it is not CA compliant as it is not on the CA DOJ Handgun Roster. Even if it were, it would need to ship to a local FFL Dealer for transfer to you as it can't ship to your home by Federal Law. Cheers and stay safe!

• Q: Some of us are confused about the legality of an 8.5" barrel combined with what appears to be a stock. Can someone clear up this issue? Several people have said ", It must be a pistol."

  Hi Barry, this is classified as a pistol because it has a pistol brace. The Trinity Force Breach Blade Pistol Stabilizing Brace included is allowed because it is not a stock. Without the brace, it would still be a pistol. You can add a pistol brace to pistol.
  A stock is different from a pistol brace, and if you added a stock, then you would have a short barreled rifle and be subject to registration and a $200 tax stamp.
