American Tactical Omni Hybrid Maxx 6mm ARC Semi Auto Rifle - 18" Barrel, 10 Rounds

Hello, I recently purchased an Omni Hybrid Maxx chambered in 6mm ARC from Buds, I picked the gun up yesterday and there were definitely some quality control issues, the barrel is scratched up under the handguard and the paperwork indicates it was test fired which is fine, but the ENTIRE gun was dry. No oil or anything anywhere, and wasn't cleaned since test fired which is also fine, just not the dry gun part. It came with a 6.5 Grendel magazine, not a 6mm ARC mag, they are very close but not the same. The gun has some feeding issues and I would like to think it's the magazine and not the upper. It was also very loose in the box and not repacked well. I am not sure if this is a Buds or an ATI problem, however, it is a good gun though and comfortable, once the feeding issue is fixed I think it will be great.
