Like its predecessor, the ACCURA V2 provides a level of accuracy performance that is unequaled by any break-action muzzleloader on the market today – due to its premium, custom quality Bergara Barrel . These Bergara Barrels, all made of the highest quality 416 grade stainless steel, have quickly become recognized as the most accurate production muzzleloader barrels in the world. And at an optimal 27” in length, they provide just the right combination of balance, maneuverability and efficient powder-burning capability. But the new ACCURA V2 has even more features to help you enjoy your hunt. It includes CVA’s patent pending QRBP “Quick-Release Breech Plug” – the only such breech plug on the market that can be easily removed with your fingers and no tool after the gun has been fired numerous times. The ACCURA is very simple to operate because the breeching lever is built right into the trigger guard, making the ACCURA one of the easiest opening break-actions on the market, and the entire gun can be disassembled by removing just one screw. I love this gun. Add BH powder and PDC bullets and Im good to 175 yds.

Although I did not get to hunt with this gun much during hunting season due to other obligations, I love this gun. I have owned several muzzle loaders throughout the years, but this one beats them all. I love he feel of this gun and by me being a south paw, it works great.

absolutely a wonderful accurate muzzle loader

The CVA Accura In-Line Muzzleloader is an amazing rifle! Extremely accurate (capable of groups consisting of a single jagged hole at 25, 50 and 100 yards - I haven’t stretched out further than 100 yards yet, but it would likely be sub-MOA out further than 100 yards). Mechanics of the rifle are all very tight. It’s a well built rifle. It has a fully adjustable trigger as well, which ranges from 6 lbs down to 2 lbs. I have mine set at 2 lbs, and I really enjoy shooting it. I did change the rear sight to a peep sight - personal preference only, as the state I’m hunting elk in does not allow for a scope. The factory rear sight is just fine, but I like a peep sight better. I also added a limb saver recoil pad over top of the factory recoil pad. The .50 cal with magnum loads are pretty intense. The limb saver helped a ton.

This gun is very well made and a great value for the money. I had considered getting a TC Pro Hunter FX, but the Accura V2 seemed to be of comparable quality and was only about half the price. I decided to try the Accura and am very happy that I did. The first three shots with this gun were all touching each other and were centered about a half inch below dead center on the target. I am very pleased with the performance of this gun. It is fun to shoot and easy to clean.

    Vortex Optics Crossfire II 2-7×32 or Konus Pro 275 Muzzleloader Rifle Scope 3-9x40mm are absolutely amazing for this rifle. Look for Cva Dead On Onepiece Ring or Durasight Dead On Mount. I hope this helps.

    Tony - it appears teh Palm Saver is included with the model being sold. Buds uses stock photos which aren't always completely accurate in every detail. To make sure the new Ram Rod is included, I'd suggest you contact Buds.
