New Winchester SX4 12 GA. First Thoughts after taking it to the range to break it in. The good, nice cammo permacote, fairly easy loading, both camber and magazine. Seems accurate. Easy assembly. The bad, gun seems heavy to me and little 2 3/4 target loads kick like a mule. It has a recoil pad if you can call it one. Horrible pad, what was Winchester thinking? Not that easy to clean. Not a pleasure to shoot. I do not like the balance of it. The perils of buying a gun online. The ugly, action came broken new out of the box. I had to disassemble, remove the trigger assembly to correct the problem. I think it should have worked out of box. If I had it to do again I think I would have bought a Benelli Nova pump shotgun. Oh well buyers remorse is common. I give it 2 stars out of 5. Not worth the hype or good reviews. I was not able to find this shotgun locally and bought it based on internet reviews. Color me burned.
