The Remington Tac 14 is well made, shoots great and looks old school especially with the classic wood furniture. Buds offered the gun for a great price and was shipped to my FFL fast. I have owned several Remington shotguns in the past but never this style so it took a little getting use to shooting without a stock but I do like it. The online buying process from Buds was very easy, and I would recommend your next firearm purchase with Buds.

Jesus, yes it is legal. No, it is not a NFA item. It's not a shotgun under either state or federal definition, and it is not a weapon made from a shotgun, therefore it is also not a short barreled shotgun, it is just a 'firearm'.
