Hi, I purchased this Remington 870-TAC 12 GA Shotgun, because the price was Excellent, also because it has a Good Reputation. I wanted something for Home Protection. My main reason for buying this Shotgun was Protection and all I was missing in my Gun Box was a Shotgun, so I decided on Remington, I still have Not taken it to the Range, but that will be next Weekend. If you are not a Teams Buds Member, I highly recommend you become one. This was a layaway purchase and if you are a member there are no FEES!! I haven't shot this yet but out of the box, the action is smooth and the firearm is great quality! The pistol grip and stock are very comfortable and ergonomic! Highly recommend! I received this firearm at my FFL within 3 days of of the final payment! Great experience YET AGAIN from Buds! Becoming a team buds member is worth it on so many levels!

Got this 870 for myself when I decided that I missed being in Law Enforcement and decided to come back as a part time officer. So far it's been 100% reliable for qualifications and courses. Ditched the pistol grip for a hogue stock but the original stock was surprisingly comfortable. Overall, I don't regret my purchase one bit.
