Roger, this does not have a manual thumb safety. This has a trigger blade safety and an internal drop safety so it won't fire if dropped. Hope this helps.

No oddly enough the LCPII has 3 types of safes and LCP9 has 2 types of safes but the MAX has only 1 IE: no manual safety just a Glock type trigger safety, though on the bright side. I have shot this gun and the trigger is very stiff about a 5-6lb pull regardless, you should always use a holster with trigger safety only guns, especially these pocket models. Stay safe!

No, this only ships with one magazine 10 rounds. It comes with the flush base plate installed, but also comes with a pinky extension base plate. But only the one magazine. You can buy the 12 round magazines at shopruger.com. hope this helps.

Will this gun fit in regular LCP holsters?

in most cases no this gun has a wider frame than the standard LCP. It may fit in a leather holster with some stretching.
