Nifty concept. Seemingly a well built, solid shotgun. My idea was a truck shotgun with the large capacity, without having to deal with removable magazines. One thing I DO NOT LIKE, is that if you put rearward pressure on the forend to seat the shotgun into your shoulder, when you pull the trigger, the action doesn't move. It's locked in place. You have to move the forend forward to release whatever is holding it, and then rack the action to eject the shell. My other pump action shotguns release the forend when the trigger is pulled. This shotgun doesn't do that. If I had tried one of these in person, and had seen that "feature", I would never buy it. To me, that is a significant flaw. All my life I've hunted with pump shotguns, and it's habit to put rearward pressure on the forend, and after the shot, the action immediately moves rearward. I'm not sure how this action would perform in a stressful environment. You would have to remember to move the forend forward, then move it rearward. Or get the snot kicked out of you because you can't put the pressure needed against the shoulder. I like to keep things simple for stressful situations. I christen this feature, The Smith Wesson "Rack Lock". Or, the Smith Wesson Premature Rackulation Prevention Feature.

Amazing shotgun! Can't go wrong with a S&W... Have run approximately 150 rounds through it, from slugs to buck to mini-shells, with zero issues... Actions are smoother than anticipated... So much fun to shoot! Just get yourself one... You'll be glad ya did...

Excellent shotgun. Took awhile to get used to. Loading it is tricky. There are plenty of videos on YouTube showing how to breakdown and clean it. Very sturdy and looks intimidating
