• Q: Been looking at this gun for awhile but not sure if it’s Washington compliant. I’ve seen that it is CA compliant which makes me think it wouldn’t be a problem being WA compliant.WA follows pretty closely to CA Compliance.

  A semiautomatic rifle that has an overall length of less than 30 inches.
  This gun is 26.4" collapsed.

• Q: Hi so I am very interested in the gun. A lot of the gun stores around me are sold out of it, and/or can't order it. My question is as follows...is this particular model NJ legal? If not can I still order it and make it NJ legal at a licensed FFL? From my understanding the only thing making this illegal In NJ Is the reyractable stock. Therefore the stock would need to be pinned or fixed somehow

  Hi Scott, in addition to the stock, the barrel is threaded, so you would need a muzzle device pinned & welded on. Unfortunately, Bud's will not ship unless the gun is state compliant as is, even if your FFL agrees to do the compliance work.
  If you really want one of these, your best bet is to buy it locally. Call around, you may have to travel to other end of the state, but that is your best bet. As a fellow NJ resident, I feel your pain.
