Disappointed. Arrived filthy. Base of rear sight was cracked all the way through from being forced into a dovetail it didn’t fit. Grip safety was incredibly loose and would not disengage until completely depressed into the frame. Thumb safety has a lot of play when in the fire position. Overall I’m pretty dissatisfied and regret the purchase. Haven’t even had a chance to fire it because it went to Springfield for warranty repairs. I should have looked elsewhere for a new 1911.

This gun is really nice. The trigger, the sights and size are perfect as I see it. Not to mention the look of the gun. The blend of colors and the wood grips draw attention all of the time. The trigger pull is smooth and the blowback is minimal. It cost a bit much, but sometimes you just have to go for it.

I LOVE this 1911. I had trouble finding a variety off holsters specifically for it but now I now that it will fit in most holsters for 4” 1911’s. This is now my EDC and will be for a while.

The EMP 4" is an impressive pistol up to this point. I have about 200 rounds through it thus far and it is very accurate and soft shooting. It has had one failure to feed in this time. I am working to sort out the holster puzzle so this can become my primary carry.

It’s a great little pistol. I’ve only had the chance to put 100 rounds of ball ammo through it. I’ve had zero malfunctions. It is accurate and fun to shoot.

Just look at it. Seriously, I mean at first site I fell in love with this Ronin. My first 1911 ever and I'm upset with myself for not doing enough research about the history of this firearm. However, I've had 3 mishaps within 50 rounds. I'm not surprised though because it's gonna take a few hundred to break it in from what I've been reading. Time to get some more magazines and smell some steel and gunpowder...

Awesome pistol! Fit, finish and function are flawless! No complaints. Feels slightly smaller than a 1911 9mm, but hardly noticeable! Function is 100%. Everything it is supposed to be, would highly recommend!
