I immediately love this gun! This is the first AR type gun I've owned. I put this rifle together with a basic $50 bipod and a Sig Tango-MSR 1-10x LPVO (pic) with the hopes of getting a high quality, relatively inexpensive range gun. Total cost roughly $1700. I roughly zeroed the optic with a chamber laser sight on a wall at home and went to the range. (See targets) 3 big groups (1 mag each) are me dialing in at 50yrds, where I started. 2 groups center and head are 2nd 50yrd target. Large center group is 1 mag at 100yrds. (Rem .223 55gr FMJ - nothing special) Now I'm going to tell you that I have fired a rifle once in the last 15yrs, a friend's about 2yrs ago. The Saint Edge ATC is heavy, your not gonna run a course with it. And it does not have a handguard you can trick out with 20 gizmos. It does however shoot beautifully! New - Intermediate lvl shooters in search of a gun that will make them look good...here it is!
