As always buds shipping was lighting fast. The new M&P 2.0 compact is a pleasure to shoot and the new flat trigger is much improved over the old style. So far I’ve put only 200 rounds through it but absolutely no issues and look forward to putting more rounds down range soon.

This is a really sweet M&P. I always liked the old hinged trigger when enhanced with an Apex sear and USB, but the new flat trigger is an improvement over that setup right out of the box. New trigger breaks at an equal 4.2 lbs with short reset, but with less takeup. Finally, a trigger I can carry and compete with in stock form. The slide milling and tall sights are perfect for my Trijicon SRO. Love the FDE color, gives it much character. Been carrying it in a T1 Axis Elite, and it conceals very well. Shoots about as well as my full size 2.0 Metal, but the shorter grip is appreciated for concealment. It comes with two grip sleeves to adapt 17 round mags and give you a nice full size grip when you want it for range, HD and competition. I own a v1 9c, 2.0c, and this OR 2.0c and can say S&W finally nailed all the key issues. If there is one honest criticism I can share for this and all the 2.0 M&Ps is that the chambers are pretty short and tight. Much like the newer CZ Shadows, many of my poly coated reloads that chambered fine in my factory 1.0 barrels and KKM barrels need to be loaded very short (1.085) , or the bullet hits the rifling in my 2.0 factory barrels. No issues with any factory ammo or defensive rounds I've tried, just poly reloads with blunt ogives.

Great gun, no issues what so ever. Ran all types of ammo through it including multiple different brands of hollow points and it had been flawless out of the box. Replaced my G19 as my EDC. Shipping was quick always. Definitely will be using Buds again.
