The 856 Executive Grade features all-stainless-steel construction with
an exquisite hand-polished satin finish. The combination exceeds mere
aesthetics. The stainless steel’s natural corrosion resistance combined

easier clean up and maintenance, and a smoother draw through leather and
clothing. Even the premium Altamont walnut grip provides improved

Love the fit & feel. Nicely finished pistol. Don't like the trigger pull. Very heavy with about 10 lb pull. Shoots flat. The front sight is lack luster. Hard to pick up on target. It's a good pistol but could be a great pistol with a trigger job and better sights.

If your on the fence about this revolver, don't be, get it. It's been great. Trigger is getting better all the time ,was butter smoth to start with. Love this gun. Buds was extremely good to deal with recived it quick. Will buy from them again no question. Chris Rogers Roanoke VA.

I put this on layaway and just picked it up today .. and let me say the revolver is beautiful and the finish is great . I took it home and went out to my range and it shoots amazing the trigger has a very nice action . I put a picture of the 856 executive next to my 605 toro and the 605 shoots well and no complaints but the level of craftsmanship and the difference in the trigger and grips on the 856 executive grade make this a whole different experience. Very glad I made this purchase and as always Buds was wonderful in the process!!

The executive series 856 is by far top quality for the taurus revolver line. The hand detail and craftsmanship is definitely appreciated and very apparent!! Top of the line firearm with next day delivery from Buds!!!

This is a well balanced revolver, trigger pull is something new to me. As you pull the trigger there is a slight pause before the hammer release. This to me is a nice feature as is the finish and wood grips. Good job on this Taurus. Buds has one large selection on Arms. Thanks Buds.

So far, so GREAT! I took it out into the desert near my house for a brief workout, and the Executive Grade did not disappoint at all. That gun is a definite shooter. The trigger is as smooth as the proverbial butter. Fit and finish are superb, just excellent, period. I was so impressed, I ordered another similar 856 with a hammer. I'll probably have to do a spring job on that one, but it can't be any more difficult than my experience with working on New Vaqueros. Folks, at some point, they are going to figure this thing out, and the gun is bound to surge in price. So, if you need a smooth, accurate self-protection six-shooter at much better than a reasonable price, the Executive Grade 856 cannot be beaten. This ole boy is 5 stars plus all the way.
