Born from evolutions in the professional and shooting enthusiast spaces, the M&P® Spec Series™
line advances with its 3rd iteration. The newest edition places
emphasis on delivering a package that is ideal for those looking to hone
their skills and push their limits. The new Spec Series™ pistol comes
complete with co-witness sights and a 4.6˝ threaded barrel, making it an
optimal choice for suppressed shooting. Also included is our C.O.R.E.™
system, designed to give the user the ability to mount their preferred
handgun optic to maintain accuracy and proficiency when firing. The
inclusion of two 23-round 9mm magazines means less time reloading and
more time practicing. The additional 15-round magazine trims down the
overall size of the new Spec Series™ and allows for a more concealable
package. The M&P® Spec Series™ kit includes an M&P® knife that
features a 4˝ blade with an overall length of 9˝ and a collectable
M&P Spec Series™ Challenge Coin.

Decided to give Buds a 2nd chance and it was worth it. Shipping on point no issues at all can’t complain on that. The gun is amazing may change the trigger after about 200rds. S&W didn’t miss with this one, love the feel and of course love the nice but simple kit. Placed a CT Rad Pro on top, thank me later. Thank you buds for making it right.

Really good pistol. Loved the 23rd mags and the color. Nort of 500 rounds already passed and no problems at all. Looking to put now a compensator and a red dot sight. Excelent customer service from Buds.

This is my 5th M&P product and my 4th Bud's deal. Bud's lay-away and zippy shipping is always the star in most of these reviews. This particular M&P 9 is an excellent variation on the series theme. Crisp, light and a profile somewhere between a Shield and a full size. I was able to get smallish groups right out of the box without the aid of an optic but the slide cut is there for the future upgrade. The kit looks very nice with the matching knife, coin and oversized case. The factory 23-round mags were very handy at the range during break-in as there was more extended shooting without reloading.Incidentally, the mags work in my other M&P 9 Performance. The kit did seem a little campy with the matching knife but I am thrilled that there was a truly unique shooting experience with the pistol that was different from my other M&Ps. The only ding I would give the gun is that they eliminated the slight curl on the pommel that is a slight pinky rest present in my full size models. Being a molded gun I don't know why they would eliminate it but the Shield is the same way. I could probably get a slightly larger base cap to compensate for it but I just shifted my grip a little for the different feel. Thanks Bud's!
