  Hi Stephen, a pistol grip would be illegal without registration and a $200 tax stamp. It's OAL length would be less than the required 26" .

  Hi Donald, no sir, this is NOT NY state legal. The following “firearms” are prohibited:
  ✘ Smoothbore (non-rifled) barrel firearms with a pistol grip, regardless of barrel length, including, but not limited to, the Mossberg Cruiser, Mossberg Shockwave, Remington Tac-14, Henry Axe, etc.
  ✘ Lever action “mare’s legs” and other “rifle” type firearms without a buttstock.

  Hi George and welcome. No Sir. It has a Birds Head Grip and is classified as Other/Firearm and not a Shotgun. • Q: Everything I've looked at says this is a "PUMP ACTION" shotgun, but look at the photo...shows a magazine. Says it comes with 2 5-shell mags & can get a 19 shell mag thru an Armscore rebate. Can this gun be mag-fed as well as pump action? Thanks in advance.

  Absolutely a Pump Action Shotgun. The only difference between this version and a standard Tube Fed pump action shotgun is that you can hold more ammo with the box mag.
