Samuel, unfortunately due to the 13+1 capacity of this shotgun it's not new York complaint. There's plenty of lower capacity Mossberg pump action shotguns that are legal though. The following are prohibited: Any manually operated shotgun with an internal/attached/fixed magazine (including a tubular magazine) with a capacity of more than ten (10) rounds.
