Zero Buyers remorse. Exceeded expectations in quality overall. Still breaking it in but so far absolutely zero issues and very accurate. I'd I had to I would buy it again which I still might.

Found the Tisas 1911s here on buds. Checked reviews here and online and was pleased to hear the great reviews for a budget priced 1911. Put the Manta ray and devil ray on layaway and quickly paid the manta ray off along with a Glock. Buds shipped both super fast and after a 2 day delay at my FFL I picked them up today. I’ve owned several different 1911s Para USA, Kimber and Sig 1911s and the Tisas manta ray is very well made. Very nice fit and finish my only complaint is the white paint on the Novak style sights are poorly painted. There was white paint all over the front sight and it was just done very messy. I haven’t shot the gun yet but based on fit and finish you won’t be disappointed at the price point. The devil ray will be next to ship and I’ll be picking up a stingray and a Yukon for sure. Love the Ed Brown bob tail frame if ya can’t tell. Thanks Buds for the layaway opportunity and the super fast shipping to my FFL.

Shipping was fine as is normal at Buds. I’m highly impressed with this 1911 pistol. I grabbed 3 loaded magazines out of the safe that were loaded. The gun shot great. No failures at all. The three dot sights worked well. At ten yards we hit the target every time. Accuracy was outstanding. Once I do a little trigger work on it, my way more expensive 1911’s will probably be safe queens.

Excellent 1911! Been a Shooter in action pistol and 1911 fan for forty+ years. Couldn't resist a $400+ 1911 that used to cost a thousand or more to build with your local smith. Fit was tight with good trigger out of the box. Feed everything I put in it, including some 185 cast IPSC hand loads! Highly recommend.

SDS duty bobtail at a great price. Currently have 50rnds down the pipe and the only issue was not chambering a handful of rounds but this is strictly due to the pistol having pretty tight tolerances. I racked the slide maybe a handful of times before the first 50rnds and although everything was very tight, towards the end of the first box there were no more issues. 5 stars for now as I consider a 200rnd break-in period before starting a real review.

This is the gun I ordered from Bud’s (the 1911DB45B) but the gun I received was the gun pictured which is the bobbed Manta Ray version. The gun I received is about 3 dollars cheaper in Bud’s ordering system(1911CB45B) so if you don’t mind that then OK.
