Tisas 1911 Duty pistol is a modernized version of the venerable 1911 pistol. The pistol features a hammer forged slide with front and rear slide serrations; hammer forged, steel full-size frame; flared and lowered ejection port; skeletonized hammer and trigger; ambidextrous extended safety; 3-Dot Low-Profile Sights, Novak Style Cut and Series 70 Internals. Includes two magazines, cleaning kit, owners manual, waterproof and lockable hard case w/fitted cut foam insert.

I recently purchased the Tisas 1911 Duty handgun, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The craftsmanship is impressive, with a solid feel and smooth finish that exudes quality. The accuracy right out of the box is remarkable; I found it easy to hit targets at various distances. The trigger is crisp and responsive, making for an enjoyable shooting experience. Plus, the ergonomic grip fits comfortably in my hand, allowing for great control. Overall, this 1911 is a fantastic blend of classic design and modern performance. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable and stylish sidearm!

Bought as alternative to shooting the higher priced 45acp. Couldn't be more pleased, hopefully the Turks will force SA and more to re-evaluate their quality control and pricing. Out of the box the fit and finish was perfect, nice and tight, with even finish, and minimal engraving. My only gripe was the sights, while Novak style, and adequate, I will be replacing. (Keep in mind - 400usd weapon). Upon receipt, installed a 16# recoil spring, and Wilson Combat shok-buff recoil buffer. Using Serbian 124gr ball, every 2nd/3rd round was failure to go into battery. After removing the buffer, and re-installing the factory recoil spring, pistol has run flawlessly. At last count, 750rds 124gr ball with 0 malfunctions. This is my 3rd Turkish clone, also own the AP5 (SBR registered) and MCP 35 hi-power.

Fantastic firearm have run at least a couple hundred rounds with no problems at all highly recommended perfectly weighted might actually buy the same gun but the actual 45 version great company

This is a great base gun for upgrading. I have an earlier Tisas 9mm with rail and it came with an adjustable sight, this does not, so, I put one on. A little milling to get it to fit but now it is complete for me. New grips, Extended mag release, lighter hammer spring, and added mag well. My girlfriend loves it, I may need to buy two.

Let me start off with saying. This is my first 1911. Like the fact that you get a good feeling firearm. I have several firearms and this feels like very good quality. I have not shot it yet due to work and holidays. The fact that I can rack the slide with the red dot site and it slides easily and not feel cheap. The workmanship feels really good. It was easy to modify. Sites, compensator, flared wagwell, and grips. The site was alittle hard to get off. But i did manage to remove it. I liked this firearm so much I just purchased another one to have a pair. I feel this firearm will eventually go up.in price.

I have many 1911's in .45ACP. One of those is a Tisas Army. Tisas is a fantastic brand that is high quality and very reasonably priced. Due to the cost of .45 ammo, I decided it was time to get a 9mm version. I saw this one at Buds and the rest is history. The finish is awesome and the function and opeartion is exactly what it needs to be. I changed out the grip panels for G10's but the original rubber and the second set of platic grips are very nice. This is now my duty/ training sidearm and I could not be more pleased. Buds made the whole process so easy and the package was delivered to my FFL faster than any other vendor that I have bought from. Bud Gunshop is amazing and I am a permenant customer now.

The gun looks and feels good in the hand and is fairly accurate. A very good value for the money. I would have given 5 stars but I had to adjust the extractor a couple of times to get it to extract correctly which meant a couple of times to the range. I have three of these 1911's and they all are very well made.

Never owned or shot a 1911 before. Purchased as an entry level "budget" model. Purchase includes: - pistol, black cerakote finish, stainless barrel - two 9 round mags, no mfg markings - plastic and rubber grip panels - chamber flag and trigger safety - cleaning brush and patch rod - plastic bushing tool - manual - hard plastic lockable case FFL dealer was impressed with initial quality. Slide to frame fit was tight, very little wiggle. Pistol was lightly oiled. Smooth slide movement. Crisp trigger and reset. Asked FFL about any "break in" period required. He said it should be ready to go out of the box. Initial range experience. 100 rounds Magtech 115 grn fmj's and 50 pmc 115 grn hollowpoints. Zero malfunctions, zero failures to feed or eject. Both magazines fully loaded functioned w/o issue. Point of aim = point of impact at 15ft. Almost no recoil, or muzzle flip. Put holes through holes. Cannot recommend this modern classic enough. It is "budget" only in price, not quality.
