You definitely get what you pay for with this cheap shotgun. I found the Tokarev TBP12 to be very uncomfortable to shoot, and the magazine is difficult to load. Recoil is extreme and the polymer frame isn't heavy enough to stand up to it, and the butt pad doesn't help at all. I had big bruises on my shoulder on the two occasions I actually shot this gun. I sold this gun after owning it for 2 months. There are many other much better 12 gauge shotguns available at this price point. Service from Buds was great as always and delivery to my FFL was smooth and fast.

Very nice shotgun for the price. I loaded it up with bird shot and used sites it came with. It did ok but not like my choked bird guns. I really bought it for slugs. So I put a viper red dot I had laying around. Boresighted for 25yds. Now this thing is a monster that does not miss. I'm using the factory installed cylinder choke. This will be my closet shotgun for anything bigger then a rabbit or cat.

I got this to be a shock absorber for heavy loads like 2 oz turkey loads and 1 1/4 oz slugs. With heavy gas piston installed, you have to manually cycle bird shot but that’s to be expected. Well made tough little unit. I ever even put sights on it. I must say I put one in chamber and 5 in mag, first shot it locked up tight, had to take it apart. Found out a mag lip was bent to hell and jamming up the works. Other than that incident, it’s been trouble free. Got it just in time for all 25 rd drums to be out of stock. Oh well.
