Easily one of the finest shooting 1911’s out there ! I immediately wiped her down and lubed her up and ran about 150 rounds. On the money accurate out of the box and towards the end even rang a 8” plate at 50yds 8-8 👍🏼 I didn’t buy it for a carry but now I’m pondering the idea. 10⭐️’s if they’d let me ! Bud’s is always quick and easy and recommended them and this Sig too everyone !

Buds is the best! First of all, this gun is a dream! As an owner of 44 handguns throughout the years, this is easily one of my top three favorites. Conceals easily, 8+1 is more than enough with how accurate this thing is. Do yourself a favor and get one of these little bob tailed 1911 .45's while you can!

This firearm was a repeat purchase from Bud's. It was shipped and arrived at my FFL within a matter of days - great and dependable service. Took it home, field stripped it and cleaned off the packing grease. Take down and reassembly was easy for a commander size 1911. All ammo fired so far has been 230 gr. FMJ. Have put through about 500 rounds. Sights are good, quick alignment. Trigger pull initially was very rough which caused some concern. However with more range time, trigger pull has smoothed out and accuracy has noticeably improved. I do not like the provided magazines that extend below the grip frame so will change them. I have changed grips because I prefer smooth wood ones. But overall, I am highly satisfied with this pistol, it is well made, no malfunctions, accurate, and it looks great.

The name is misleading. This is not a nightmare, but a dream cone true. It has the features of a 1911 thousands of dollars more expensive. The checkered frontstrap, the beveled ejection port, the memory bump grip safety and the rounded backstrap are some examples. The weight and balance of the Nightmare Carry are a 1911 owner's dream. The 4.25 inch barrel shaves off several ounces and the rounded backstrap make it much more comfortable to grip and to carry. For the money, you cannot beat this gun. If you plan on carying a 1911 concealed,then buy this gun.

My initial impressions are based on the Sig Nightmare's appearance on delivery. Due to recent surgery, I won't be able to go through the necessary 100 or so rounds to break it in for a few weeks. The gun was delivered in flawless condition. There are no visible superficial marks. It has an overall light coating of oil with grease visible beneath the slide where it contacts the frame. All of this lub needs to be removed after field stripping the weapon and replaced with the appropriate functional lub. I intend to perform this next step shortly. I will follow-up with an operational report after my trip to the range in several weeks. If my expectations are met based on the performance of my other Sig products, I'm certain that I won't be disappointed.

My favorite 1911 so far ! It is beautiful to look at and fits in your hands like a dream. The Nightmare is really accurate with a clean crisp trigger break. You get a lot of heads to turn at the Range with this beautiful work of art. No jams or failures of any kind. Very reliable and a great self defense firearm. I extremely recommend it.
