Beretta 3032 Tomcat Ghost Buster - .32 ACP - 7 Rounds | 2.9" Barrel

I got this for my wife to carry. She does not use the barrel to load, she always uses the mag. Nice pistol, shoot well, Small can almost fit in my pocket.

VERY disappointed. I thought this would be perfect for my wife, who has weak hands and cannot rack a pistol; however, the double action trigger is so heavy that she could not pull it. It also stacks up just before hammer release, if you are a bit slow. This is a terrible trigger. The single action improves somewhat to be only a bad trigger - too heavy. The pop-up barrel, which allows you to avoid racking, could not be released as received. The release lever was frozen. After applying much more force than should be required, I got it sort of working. It still tends to stick, and cannot be easily moved with the thumb. And speaking of control problems, as received, the safety control was solidly frozen somewhere between on and off; but it was still keeping the gun locked. It could not be moved with the force of two thumbs. I eventually used the handle of a plastic knife to apply the arm strength necessary to get it moving. Then, after many, many on/off cycles, it loosened up enough to be moved (usually) with (one) thumb. I hate writing this after reading so many positive reviews. It is pretty clear that I got very unlucky; but you shouldn't have to depend on "luck" to get a new firearm in perfect condition from a manufacturer with the reputation of Beretta. Incidentally I have previously purchased two Italian Berettas that arrived in first class condition. Perhaps all the best practices did not get transferred to Tennessee? I'm going to send the gun it in for warranty service. I'll review that experience later, hopefully with a HAPPY ending.

If you are looking for a great pocket pistol with mild recoil this might be the one...love the tip up barrel ,,makes loading a breeze

This is my 2nd small framed Beretta pistol - first was a .22 Bobcat threaded and we run a Silcnerco Sparrow on it. While expensive for what you get, they are built like little tanks and I really like the drop down barrel. The .32 Bobcat is really fun to shoot and it makes a nice "glove box" gun. I would give it a 5 for quality but the trigger is really hard, so I'm giving it a 4 overall.

So far just OK. I have had multiple jams with three different types of ammo. The cerakote and pearl get dirty easily which I expected but don’t clean well. As with every Beretta I own one t shoots straight and accurately. Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t jamming frequently. I’ll try different ammo.

Buds delivered an excellent sales experience. Quick and timely. The gray metallic cerakote, aluminum stocks, and threaded barrel make the Ghostbuster the nicest Tomcat I have ever seen. It is a chunky pistol, but unlike the online reviews, it makes it very comfortable to hold. It’s a total deal at 250 after rebate! I was surprised to find the double action trigger very manageable , single action was excellent, and the slide is not as difficult to rack as the older Tomcats. My only gripe with the pistol, is with Beretta. The gun came dirty, oily, and appeared to be shot a bit from the factory. Upon disassembly there was quite a bit of dings in the finish around the barrel, breech face, inside of the slide, and the barrel was filthy.
