• Q: We all know the first few years of production, the P365 had issues. Is there a way to ensure that a new P365 purchased at Bud's has a recent manufacturing date and is not new old stock? Thanks.

• Q: Height of pistol with 10 round magazine with finger extension? 12 round magazine?

• Q: Do most buy the P365 with or without the manual safety? I intend to use for pocket carry. I carry Glocks with round in chamber in pocket with no worries.

  Hi Robert and welcome. This has always been a 50 50 deal. The manual safety appeals to some and not to others. As long as your carry holster has sufficient trigger protection, I prefer no manual safety on my handguns as it is one less motion in the event you need to deploy your handgun in an emergency.   Yes, any of the larger capacity magazines for the regular P365 as well as the XL and XMacro will work in this gun.
